This website is operated by Hunni by Jen Jones. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hunni by Jen Jones. Hunni by Jen Jones offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any viruses or destructive code.

A breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access to our services.

PRODUCTS

Each Hunni piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted from precious metals. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, slight variations may occur.

We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be completely accurate.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Euro (€). Payment must be made in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing or correct errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure all details are correct, as we may not be able to amend orders once processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable or incorrect information has been provided.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and dispatched from Ireland using An Post tracked services where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

All orders are shipped from Ireland.

Orders within Ireland and the EU will not incur customs charges.

Orders outside of Ireland and the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Hunni by Jen Jones.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, items that show any signs of wear, including exposure to skin oils, products, or scratches, will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.

Faulty items will be assessed and replaced or refunded where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.

JEWELLERY CARE

Our pieces are delicate and designed to be worn and enjoyed. Gold plating may naturally wear over time, even with protective e-coating.

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and oils. Store your piece in its original box and gently wipe with a soft cloth after use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including designs, images, branding and text, is the property of Hunni by Jen Jones and may not be used without permission.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked on our site.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel orders if necessary.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hunni by Jen Jones is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
