How do I unpack my Hunni without tangling it?
Each piece is carefully secured to protect its length in transit. Begin by gently lifting the foam insert out of the box. The chain is secured into the card slip at the base — start from the bottom and release each section one at a time. Allow the chain to fall naturally as you go, avoiding pulling it all at once.
How do I store longer chains properly?
For longer designs, gently guide the chain back into place and secure it within the card slip at the base. This helps it hold its shape and stay neatly in place. Store flat in its box, away from sunlight and moisture.
