Care for your Hunnies
We hope you love your Hunni pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, items that show any signs of wear — including exposure to skin oils, products, or handling — cannot be accepted for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note:
We recommend returning items using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
